I used a lovely picture from :iconfaestock: for this :) I spent several hours on this one, I really enjoyed drawing it though. Drawing with the puzzle pieces actually made work easier, because it broke up the spaces more, which was interesting. :) I used mechanical pencils in 0.5mm 4B and 0.3mm 3H :D

I always keep coming back to your page too get my ideas of how to draw faces and things, KUDOS for the great work! But I have to ask, How do you get the hair so brilliant?!

thank you :D Well I do quick strokes from the root to midway, then I do quick pencil strokes from the tips of the hair to mid way. Then a highlight sort of makes itself where the strokes meet. hope that makes sense :XD:
